Create events, collect registrations, organize guests, design QR passes, manage check-ins, and follow event analytics from a shared workspace.
Can our team manage multiple events?
Yes. Your workspace brings events together, while each event keeps its own registrations, guests, passes, and activity. Team roles control access to management tools.
Can I customize registration forms and QR passes?
Yes. Choose your questions and form branding, then customize your QR designs. You can also use event templates to make repeat gatherings easier to set up.
What happens when a scanner loses its connection?
Offline scans are saved locally and marked as queued. When the connection returns, Pahchaan checks them on the server. A queued scan is not a confirmed admission, so your team should follow an offline entry procedure.
How do I get started?
Create an account, verify your email, and set up a workspace. Then create your first event and invite your team. You can return to your workspace from the sign-in link at any time.
